Role Description

Sky Therapy Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This role works under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of clients with a variety of speech and communication needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic activities, implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting client progress, and collaborating with caregivers and team members to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in speech and speech therapy techniques

• Strong understanding of communication and communication disorders

• Experience with articulation interventions

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and team members

• Associate degree or relevant certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

• Knowledge of therapeutic methods and best practices in speech-language pathology

• Compassionate, adaptable, and organized approach to care
